How do I place an order?
You can place orders directly through our website for individual purchases. For bulk orders (50+ pieces), contact us at bulk@festivesbuy.com or +91 92116 12125. International customers should email us for personalized assistance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Razorpay, Paytm, Pay Later (where applicable), and Cash on Delivery for eligible orders. All payments are subject to verification and processed securely.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
No, once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, including both prepaid and COD orders. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day. High-demand periods (festivals) may cause slight dispatch delays.
Do I get order tracking information?
Yes, tracking details are shared via WhatsApp and Email within 24 hours of dispatch. You'll receive real-time updates about your order status and delivery progress.
🚚 Shipping
What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We offer Standard Shipping (4-7 working days), Express Delivery (1-4 working days for select products), and Delhi NCR Priority (same-day/next-day with premium charges). Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and location at checkout.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we provide Pan India shipping to all states and union territories. We ship across India with reliable courier partners and provide tracking for all orders.
What happens if I'm not available for delivery?
Couriers will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or order refusal, the order returns to origin (RTO) with a ₹200 handling fee, and you'll receive store credit valid for 180 days.
Are there any shipping delays I should know about?
Potential delays may occur due to natural disasters, extreme weather, transport disruptions, government restrictions, national holidays, or high order volumes. Refunds are not provided for delays outside our control.
Do you offer special shipping for bulk orders?
Yes, for bulk orders (50+ pieces) and corporate gifting, please place orders 10-12 working days in advance for smooth delivery. Contact bulk@festivesbuy.com for specialized shipping arrangements.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
Exchanges are allowed only for damaged products or genuine quality issues within 3 days of delivery. Returns are only accepted when exchange isn't feasible. Both require a mandatory unboxing video as proof. Claims without this video may not be accepted.
Which items cannot be returned or exchanged?
Non-returnable items include: Customized/personalized products, Festival-specific items, Pooja/spiritual articles, Items damaged by customer handling, Bulk/corporate orders, and Clearance sale items.
How do refunds work?
Approved returns receive store credit (coupon code) valid for 180 days, which must be used for a single purchase of equal or higher value. We don't provide cash refunds - only store credit for future purchases.

Do you offer bulk ordering and corporate solutions?
Yes! We provide specialized bulk ordering services for corporate events, employee gifting, and business celebrations. Minimum order is 50+ pieces. Contact bulk@festivesbuy.com or +91 92116 12125 for special corporate pricing, custom packaging, and dedicated support.
