• Express Delivery (Metro / Tier 1 Cities): Orders delivered within 2–4 working days.
• Standard Delivery (PAN India): Orders delivered within 5–7 working days depending on location.
• Non-Delivery Days: No shipments are dispatched or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

🔄 Returns & Exchange

Your satisfaction is our priority. Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of damaged or defective products.

To process a return or exchange:

1. An unboxing video is mandatory as proof at the time of opening your package.
2. Requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery via our support channel.
3. The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
   

🔁 Exchange Policy

• If your product qualifies, a replacement of the same item will be sent first.
• In case the item is out of stock, you may select an alternative product.
• If the chosen replacement is of higher value, the price difference must be paid.
